  • Any booking information required for our hire caravans, and payment information.

  • To answer your enquiries in relation to sales enquiries for caravan/motorhomes and accessories, as well for our holiday parks. It would also be used by the Service and Accounts departments for
  • processing your repairs, warranty/insurance claims and transactions;
  • generating sales / workshop lines;
  • contacting you for any reasonable reason e.g. an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that may occur in relation to your property;
  • Helping answer a technical query you may have – sometimes this may involve sharing the information with the caravan/motorhome supplier or the component manufacturer.
