We visited the parts store and the team were very helpful. Anything caravan related they have it. Had to run the gauntlet past all the new Caravans tempting as they are to get to the parts store

My Motorhome went in for a couple of warranty repairs today whilst I waited in the lounge. The service was excellent specifically from their Service Manager. She kept me updated throughout. Both jobs completed.
